How do I join?

Is there a mobile app?

Onyx Club is currently available as a web app accessible through your browser on any device. A dedicated mobile app for iOS and Android is coming soon.

Is the AI safe?

Yes. The Concierge: - Never shares your data externally - Doesn't store conversation content - Processes data locally when possible - Is regularly audited for bias and safety

Is Onyx Club free?

How much does premium cost?

Yes. Cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings. You'll retain access until your billing period ends.
Is there a refund policy?

How do I get verified?

We offer multiple verification levels: 1. Email verification (required) 2. Photo verification (optional but recommended) 3. Couples verification (confirms you're a real couple) Verified profiles get more visibility and trust from other members.
Can I create a couples profile?

Yes! Couples can share a single profile. Both partners can access the account, and you can indicate you're a couple in your profile settings.
How do I delete my account?

To delete your account, contact us at [email protected]. All your data will be permanently removed within 30 days per GDPR requirements. A self-service option in Settings is coming soon.

How do I find events near me?

Visit the Events section and filter by location, date, or event type. You can also set up alerts for events in your area.
Can I host my own event?

Yes, verified members can submit events for review. We'll help promote approved events to relevant community members.
Atlas (Destinations)
What is the Atlas?

The Atlas is our curated directory of 184+ lifestyle-friendly destinations worldwide, including: - Clubs & bars - Resorts & hotels - Beaches - Spas & wellness centers - Cruises - Events & venues
How are destinations vetted?

Every listing is: - Researched by our team - Community-reviewed - Regularly updated - Rated for different preferences
Can I suggest a destination?

Yes! Submit suggestions through the Atlas section. Our team reviews all submissions for quality and accuracy.
Safety & Conduct
How do I report someone?

What happens to violators?
